By providing the information requested during the registration process, you are entering into a contractual agreement with the University of Edinburgh Business School to hold and process this data for the purpose of running this event.
We want to run a safe and accessible event and provide the best possible experience for you. If you have any dietary or accessibility requirements, please let us know during registration. Any dietary or accessibility requirements are deleted following completion of the event. By registering for this event you give consent for any dietary and accessibility requirements to be processed for the purpose of this event and for us to share these with Accommodation Catering and Events (ACE) if required.
In order to facilitate some of our online bookings for events, we use EventsAir – a third party service which is not operated by the University of Edinburgh. Details can be found here.
If you are a member of the University of Edinburgh community, we will append and use certain information from EventsAir so we maintain a complete and accurate record of our relationship with you, such as which events you have attended, your current employment information, or up to date contact information. This event may be photographed and/or recorded for promotional or recruitment materials for the University and University approved third parties.
